Reporting to the Managing Partner, the ideal candidate would be responsible for leading the execution capability and initiatives of the Human Capital Service Group. This responsibility includes leading a team of competent consultants to engage the market purposefully with a suite of Human Capital consulting solutions.

Personality & Experience Profile
- Engaging personality and passionate about Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years consulting and/or organisational experience
- Industry experience in strategic human resource management and development
- Human resource consulting experience in specialized sectors
Education
- A good degree with a minimum of second class upper division
- A Masters in Human Resources or related specialty or an MBA
- A relevant professional qualification in HR would be an added advantage
